Every project is a lesson we carry forward.

Eight residences on the Penticton waterfront, each with a full-width balcony over the lake and a shared rooftop terrace above. The brief was simple to say and hard to do: a small building that feels generous, with finishes that hold up to the light off the water.

The building is four storeys of glass, timber-look cladding and dark steel, with deep balconies that shade the floor below. Inside, white oak floors run wall to wall, kitchens are set on quartz with brass fittings, and the ensuites are lined in marble with matte black fixtures. Every home opens to the lake through floor-to-ceiling glazing.

Legacy on Lakeshore was our first multi-family project in the Okanagan and the first to run end-to-end on our documented procedures. It was named a 2026 Georgie Awards finalist for Best Multi-Family Low Rise, Best Multi-Family Kitchen and Best Interior Design Display Suite.
